The Coega IDZ is a multi-billion rand industrial development complex and deepwater port, situated 20 kilometres east of Port Elizabeth. As part of this massive development, a multi-tenant office complex was developed to house the administrative offices of various companies operating in the IDZ.
Building Automation Systems, in conjunction with Magnetic Storm, supplied and installed the C-Bus Lighting Control System for the 6 storey Multi-tenant Office block.
